Rhubarb Wine
This continues to be one of our popular, traditional country wines made with mouth-watering Herefordshire Rhubarb. Our Rhubarb is freshly picked, chopped and layered with just the right amount of sugar to extract as much of the delicious rhubarb juice as possible, with the resulting wine that is satisfyingly medium- sweet, with a lingering finish.
It has the character of white Sherry and a rich yet intense taste of fresh rhubarb.
Pair with your favourite pudding, blue cheeses or smoked salmon, or enjoy it chilled and topped up with sparkling wine.
Packaged in a recyclable glass bottle with a sustainably sourced cork closure.
