Monkhide Cassis is an intensely tangy, blackcurrant liqueur produced by fermenting local, fresh, Herefordshire blackcurrants. This is our own Herefordshire version of Cassis, which is a renowned liqueur originating from the Burgundy region of France. The Herefordshire soil and climate are perfect for growing blackcurrants and these tiny, juicy berries are full of nutrients and goodness. We definitely recommend making a refreshing classic "Kir Royale" cocktail. Pour one part Monkhide Cassis into a flute glass and top up with nine parts Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a blackberry and enjoy.
