Traditional mead, elderflower mead and cinnamon mead, make up this delightful gift pack. They are fermented with fresh honey from our bees. They live in our apple, pear and cherry orchard so there are flavours of these blossoms captured in the honey. It takes six to 12 months to allow the mead to ferment fully and for the flavours to develop.
Traditional mead is simply a full honey experience. This is a beautiful true mead. There is nothing quite like this. It can be added to Prosecco to create what we call our " Monkhide Honeytrap" cocktail and this is a popular cocktail which we serve from our Monkhide bar at the many events we attend throughtout the Summer.
